Submitting an enquiry form or booking a consultation does not constitute a binding contract. A formal agreement is only established when a signed proposal and deposit payment are received by VerdeSpace.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, design concepts, renderings, and documents — is the exclusive intellectual property of VerdeSpace Design Studio and is protected by copyright law. Design concepts, drawings, and 3D renders produced for a client project remain the intellectual property of VerdeSpace until full payment is received, at which point a licence to use those materials is granted to the client for personal or stated commercial use only.
Changes to an agreed project scope may incur additional fees. Cancellations after project commencement may result in forfeiture of the initial deposit. Full cancellation terms are outlined in the individual project agreement.
VerdeSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in connection with the specific project giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VerdeSpace, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
